WellNow Urgent Care Holdings, a Delaware company headquartered in Nashville, yesterday reported to the SEC it had raised more than $7.7 million.

Executives identified as associated with the WellNow filing include CEO Kevin Cross; COO Graham Cherrington; Director Thomas Flynn; Director Carter McNabb; and, Petra Capital Partner David Fitzgerald.

Cross has been aboard CEO five months, according to his Linkedin. He previous served six years as COO with Touchstone Medical Imaging.

Carter McNabb is managing director of River Cities Capital Funds, in the Cincinnati area, according to his Linkedin.

The company's site says it will soon open sites in Bellevue and Murfreesboro, in addition to its existing Murfreesboro and other sites. VNC
