Nashville tech entrepreneur Bill Kimberlin's CrushTeamAI platform deploys AI Agents to automate customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

The CrushTeam offering allows service businesses to rapidly scale their customer bases and revenues, without overwhelming sales and service capacity.

Responding to a VNC query, Kimberlin explained that the CrushTeam's agentic automation represents "the fastest path to sophisticated sales, marketing and process automation for AI-driven SaaS companies."

Kimberlin, 58, also acknowledged CrushTeam is raising capital.

CrushTeam and its sector-specific operating subsidiaries have already launched SmartRoofingAI for the Roofing repair and installation industry; and, EventMaster for Live Event services entrants.

The CrushTeam operating system automates full-cycle workflows for sales-prospecting, scheduling, production of estimates and proposals, invoicing, payments, and voice/email/SMS communications with team members and customers.

For the Live-Event sector, EventMaster also accelerates artist bookings, ticket sales, promotions, logistics, audience communication and related functions.

As VNC previously reported, Kimberlin realized $4.8MM via his 2014 sale of the Medicare.com domain name, which he had held since 2000.

CrushTeam advisors include Chris Sloan of Baker Donelson. The company banks with City National Bank.
